• "A Better Future for our Solid Waste" by Ellen Link, talks about Michigan's solid waste law, known as Part 115, and the need for repair. A package of bills, H.B. 4454-4461 were proposed in 2020 with bi-partisan support, but died on the vine.  They were resurrected and passed by the house on April 22, 2021, and are awaiting passage by the Senate.
• Under the Dome by Tim Hughes discusses the package of bills Republicans passed to make it harder to vote in Michigan.  Also covered is the Republican led Senate Oversight Committee's 55-page report stating there was no evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election.
